  2. QUESTION:
What can you tell me about a Suzuki Swift?
I am looking at parting with my fuel guzzler car and getting a small car. I like the look of the Suzuki Swift.

Is there room for a baby seat?

Australians:What side is the indicator thing on? Left or the steering wheel or right?

Are they a good car to buy or should I be looking at other small cars?

    • ANSWER:
Suzuki Swifts are quite a good car, they are very popular and you will find it easy to get spare parts for.

If you get a 2 door version, there is very little room in the back seat. 4 doors have more room, however, they are still cramped for a taller person.

Indicators are on the correct side for Aussies, IE, on the right hand side of the steering column (or, all the ones I have driven have been)

They are a fairl decent small car. Most 2 doors will be a 1L 3 cyl and I would advise against them,. They are very underpowered, particularly if you carry passengers or drive on highways, and I would look for a 1.3L 4cyl version.

Other small cars worth considering are Toyota Corollas, Ford Festiva, Holden Barina, Nissan Pulsars, Mitsubishi Mirage or Lancers.

  5. QUESTION:
To all the suzuki swift owners do you know how the water pompts out for the back glass of the car?
I own a suzuki swift 2006 and i want to know how to spray water on the rear back window glass. The cleaner works fine but there is no water coming off. Any ideas?

    • ANSWER:
My Expedition has a tank at the front and a long tube running through the car to get water to spray the rear windshield. I am told some cars have a separate pump and tank in the back, but can't name one. It is most likely the tube is blocked. If you don't have the owners manual, you can look for it online.
